Our Process

Step 1:
We turn in paperwork and begin loan processing immediately

STEP 2:
You will receive two (2) copies of the Truth-In-Lending Statement, sign one copy and return it in the envelope provided

STEP 3:
If necessary, we will call if we need any additional paperwork.

STEP 4:
We will call you before closing with exact closing numbers to confirm the date and provide you with directions or anything else you may need

STEP 5:
Loan closes and you begin seeing financial benefits within days!
