Since 1938 Mortgage Investors Corporation has been committed to excellence in mortgage lending and putting our customers first.  Along the way we realized a need and an opportunity to help American Veterans.  Our dedication to providing great service, commitment to excellence, and passion for helping the most deserving of Americans, Veteran families, has given us the pleasure to serve more than 300,000 SATISFIED CUSTOMERS and provide more than $25 BILLION DOLLARS in VA LOANS in the last 15 years alone.

We are proud to not only have loaned the money, but also thankful for the opportunity to work so closely with the Department of Veteran Affairs.  Over the years we have successfully fought to increase the VA Loan limit, supported expanding eligibility guidelines, and pushed Congress to keep the VA Loan competitive with conventional mortgage products, to the benefit of Veterans.  We have also supported and worked with many great organizations in an effort to give back to the communities in which we serve.

Now, we look forward to building on our success and experience in providing VA loans, while continuing to work towards our vision of becoming the premier VA mortgage lender for all of our customers’ mortgage and mortgage-related needs.
